Returns

What items do you accept for return?

Due to the nature of the items we do NOT accept returns of any kind of any items that are opened or unopened, used or unused. If you have any issues with your items, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery for a potential refund or replacement of your order. If you have any questions regarding a refund or replacement, please contact us using any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page.

Orders arriving with damaged retail packaging do not qualify for replacement or a refund. Reshipped items, as a result from missing shipments, do not qualify for a refund.

Defective or incorrect items

If you believe an item is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please email our customer service team at info@pocketgenie.com with your order ID (ex. US1234567FL) along with photos of the issue. Once we have verified the defect, a replacement package will be shipped to you at our expense. Defective products are not eligible for refunds. Also, we do not need the incorrect/defective item back.

*** You must contact us within 7 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 7 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items. ***
